Once we receive your order and payment notification from GoogleCheckout, we will process and ship your order immediately. Ordering online is simple, safe and effective. If you prefer not to use our secure online system you may place an order by calling or sending an email. When you place an order please communicate which items you would like using a complete description, provide us with your credit card information and shipping address. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@illuminatedperfume.com and we can make immediate arrangements. We encourage the purchase of samples to make sure the perfume is perfect, in every way, for the end user. The safe and proper use of essential oils and our products are the sole responsibility of the user. Essential oils contain vital life force and should be used mindfully. Our perfumes are meant to be dabbed onto the pulse points. If you have any concerns about using botanical and natural perfume consult your health practitioner first. Do not apply our perfumes to mucous membranes or before sunbathing. Secure Checkout We intend that our clients are happy and content with all of our product and that you are comfortable shopping with us. We utilize a secure online payment system. The information you provide is protected and secure. Returns Due to the nature of Botanical Perfume we are not able to accept returns on any product(s). We encourage our customers to sample our perfumes at events or by purchasing sample packs so that clear decisions are made when purchasing. This policy insures that the perfumes you receive are fresh. Shipping We receive and ship orders during studio hours, M-F 8am-4pm PST. If an item you have ordered is in stock we will send it within 3-5 business days of purchase. If we anticipate a delay, such as an item out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail as to when it will be available. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority and International Priority Mail and are insured. A tracking number will be provided to you. The buyer will be charged the actual shipping fee.
